Members who are unable to participate can be represented by another member of their choice, including the Swâmi, by filling in and returning the following Power of Attorney by 26^th Nov. 2010. This Power may be sent by email also.

Durga image at Centre Vedantique, Geneva. October 2010.

Friends and children of the Divine Mother,

We observed Sree Durga Puja in a clay image this year on Friday, the 15th October. More than 150 people attended the Puja and partook of the cooked food offered to the Divine Mother. The weather was sunny and enjoyable on the puja day.

Hymns and devotional songs in which both the North and the South Indian melodies mingled harmoniously, created an ambience that was appreciated by all. A group of young persons constituted the team of decorators. Some ladies took charge of the preparation of the cooked food.

Please receive our Vijayâ greetings and convey them to your near and dear ones..

The mandate of our committee ends on 10th October 2010. Since our members shall be very busy during the period of Navaratri celebrations, the committee proposes to hold a general assembly before the 18^th January 2011 ( i.e. within 100 days from 11^th October 2010). If you do not agree to this proposal, please convey your opinion to us by 2^nd October 2010. In absence of your objection, your agreement to the proposal of the committee will be taken for granted.
